I understand that by logging into the AccessBlue Portal (the portal), I may have access to protected personal health information of employees and covered BCBSLA members. I agree to protect the confidentiality of all information that I access through the portal and to comply with all federal and state law applicable to the confidentiality and privacy of such information. I agree to only access the portal when authorized for enrollment, billing, and claims administration. I understand that any misuse of such information is strictly prohibited and may violate these laws. I also agree to protect my logon ID and password and to change my password if it becomes compromised.
